To be able to play volleyball and two main important factor is the posture and movement without these skills such as digging or volleyball will not perform well.
To play volleyball and you have to be located in the right place at the right time, and be balanced.
To practice skills in a static position a little benefit, the coach should always try to introduce pre-and post-movement into contact drills.
Ready POSTURE position:
